Job summary

Satiate Kitchens Consulting is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for the agency and its restaurant & F&B clients. You will craft content calendars, develop engaging content ideas, and coordinate with designers and editors to execute campaigns.

You will create hooks, captions, and scripts, maintain a consistent brand voice, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 14 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent knowledge of Reels and short-form video content.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Good working knowledge of Canva.
• Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Instagram Insights and social media analytics.
• Ability to independently plan and execute a content calendar.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Agency experience will be an advantage.
• Experience with Restaurant, F&B, Hospitality or Food Brands will be preferred.
• Must be comfortable handling multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for Satiate Kitchens Consulting and our restaurant & F&B clients.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging content ideas for restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens and F&B brands.
• Plan and coordinate Reels, carousels, posts, stories and other short-form content.
• Write strong hooks, captions, scripts, and social media copy.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and internal teams for content execution.
• Research current social media trends and develop relevant content strategies.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual communication across social media platforms.
• Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and other social media KPIs.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage comments, basic community engagement, and DMs when required.
• Assist with Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate photoshoots and content requirements for clients when required.
• Manage multiple brands and ensure content is delivered on time
