You will plan calendars, write captions, coordinate with designers, and track metrics like reach and leads, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years experience in Social Media Management.
• Experience working with D2C / eCommerce brands preferred.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels & LinkedIn content.
• Basic knowledge of content strategy & audience psychology.
• Strong communication & creative thinking.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and Canva.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Instagram & LinkedIn accounts (Growvertix + client brands).
• Plan and execute content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Posts).
• Coordinate with designers & video editors for content creation.
• Write engaging captions and hooks (D2C-focused).
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize strategy.
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and viral content ideas.
• Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in Social Media Management
