You will craft captions and scripts in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, plan monthly content calendars, and lead trend-driven formats like Reels. Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory; 1–2 years of client social media experience is preferred.

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who genuinely lives on social media — someone who spots trends before they peak, comes up with content ideas that stop the scroll, and knows how to build a brand's presence without spending a rupee on ads.

This is a pure organic growth role. No paid campaigns. Your tools are creativity, consistency, and a sharp eye for what works on each platform. You'll manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — bringing fresh ideas to each one every single month.

Most of our clients are Gujarat-based — so fluent Gujarati (spoken, read, and written) is not optional. You'll be writing captions, scripts, and communicating with clients in Gujarati regularly.

Gujarati fluency is mandatory — spoken, read, and written. Most client content and communication happens in Gujarati. Non-negotiable for this role.

What You'll Do

Four pillars of the role

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple clients
• Generate fresh, platform-native content ideas every month
• Write captions and scripts in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Brief or create visuals and creatives with clear direction
• Coordinate or shoot Reels and Stories content when needed

Trend Following & Formats

• Actively track trending audio, formats, reels, and memes daily
• Adapt trending formats to fit each client's brand and tone
• Identify viral content patterns and replicate the strategy — not the content
• Stay ahead of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithm changes
• Suggest new formats and content experiments proactively

Community & Engagement

• Manage comments, DMs, and story replies across all platforms daily
• Build genuine community — respond, interact, and nurture followers
• Identify collaboration and cross-promotion opportunities
• Maintain brand voice consistently across all client interactions
• Flag and handle negative comments or PR issues immediately
• Prepare monthly performance reports for each client
• Analyse what's working and suggest strategic improvements
• Maintain content calendars and approval workflows on time
• Coordinate with the design and SEO team when needed

Must Have
