SuperKreatives in India is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to grow our presence across platforms. You will plan organic content, develop calendars, and collaborate with marketing to align campaigns.

The role emphasizes content ideas, captions, reels, and community engagement. You will monitor interactions, analyze basic metrics, and ensure timely delivery with brand consistency. Immediate joiner preferred, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Knowledge of organic content strategy.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with analytics basics.
• Experience handling content for international brands is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand organic social media, content planning, audience engagement, and coordination with creative and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute organic social media content and calendars.
• Create content ideas, captions, hooks, and post concepts.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives and reels.
• Schedule and publish posts while maintaining consistency and brand guidelines.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Research trends, competitors, hashtags, and relevant content opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media activities with campaigns and - business goals.
• Take feedback, manage revisions, and ensure timely delivery of content.

What We’re Looking For

• -1 Year - 2 Year of relevant experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of organic social media and content strategy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with creative and marketing teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or other AI tools for content ideas, captions, research, and brainstorming.
• Understanding of reels/video content and short-form content trends.
• Experience handling social media for international clients or brands.
