Job summary

Quality Council of India (QCI) is seeking a skilled social media professional to manage end-to-end social presence. You will audit platforms, craft content calendars, respond to crises, and report on performance across channels, ensuring the voice stays consistent and aligned with institutional guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years’ experience and hands-on fluency with X/Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, translating analytics into actionable insights and platform-specific content

• Minimum 4-5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of X / Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn norms and formats.
• Ability to differentiate tone and length by platform.
• Calm, factual instincts under crisis conditions and awareness of approval chains.
• Comfort reading analytics and turning them into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Platform audit & strategy: Observe handles, justify platform priority and a 30-day content mix.
• Content calendar: Build 7-day calendars spanning X threads, Instagram (static + reel), LinkedIn and Hindi posts.
• Crisis response: Draft calm, non-defensive social media responses (<280 chars) and 200–250 word statements.
• Analytics & reporting: Interpret performance data, explain declines plausibly, and write an analysis.
• Voice discipline: Maintain the brand voice across every platform and format.
