Job summary

TRIAD in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Social Media Executive who is curious about brands and can turn ideas into well-executed content across platforms.

You will assist in developing monthly social media plans, create captions, coordinate with designers, and help track performance to inform future campaigns.

The role offers hands-on exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, healthcare, and consumer brands, with opportunities to take increasing ownership and learn from experienced creatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, branding, content, and digital culture.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct copy.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current content formats.
• A good eye for visuals, storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to take feedback, learn quickly, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Prior internship or agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Research content ideas, industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity.
• Write captions, reel concepts, stories, and basic campaign copy.
• Prepare clear content briefs for designers, editors, and the production team.
• Coordinate internally to ensure content is completed and shared on time.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, tags, and day-to-day community interactions.
• Maintain content trackers, approval sheets, and account documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for content inputs, approvals, and routine updates.
• Support shoot planning through references, shot lists, props, and content requirements.
• Track monthly account performance and assist in preparing reports.
• Check every deliverable for copy, spelling, formatting, tagging, and brand consistency before publishing.
