Job summary

Hospitality Minds in Mumbai seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to lead end-to-end social media efforts for multiple brands. You will craft strategies, calendars and campaigns, while coordinating with creative, content, video and performance marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in social media marketing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Handle client communication, meetings, account servicing, and approvals.
• Coordinate with creative, content, video, and performance marketing teams for smooth execution of deliverables.
• Monitor daily social media activities, engagement, posting schedules, and brand consistency.
• Prepare presentations, strategy decks, social media reports, and client presentations.
• Analyze social media performance, audience insights, and competitor trends to improve engagement and brand growth.
• Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed within timelines.
