You will also plan and optimize paid campaigns, monitor analytics, and report performance, staying ahead of trends to drive growth and measurable business outcomes for our brand.

• Independently manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community management, and performance monitoring.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar covering posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and other relevant formats.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, agencies, and internal teams to develop engaging and high-quality content.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Drive organic growth through creative content strategies, audience engagement, trend analysis, and platform-specific best practices.
• Monitor social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyse campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
• Manage stakeholder communication and external agency coordination while ensuring quality standards and agreed timelines are met.
• Take end-to-end ownership of social media initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and measurable business outcomes.
