Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Write captions and contribute ideas for social creatives and short-form videos.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely, brand-consistent voice.
• Monitor and respond to user reviews on Google, Trustpilot, App Store, and Play Store.
• Track reviews and elevate recurring concerns to relevant departments (product, support, etc.).
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Monitor competitors and platform trends; suggest proactive content ideas.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and assist with campaign analytics.
• Support influencer activations and campaign coordination.
