Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Lucknow. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing and posting social media content, managing community interactions, and monitoring trends relevant to the company’s services. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results, coordinating with design and marketing teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate social content.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning campaigns, editorial calendars, and platform-specific content approaches.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic SEO concepts, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience managing social media for a tech, IT, or software services company is an advantage.
