Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow client’s presence across social media platforms through planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in the Lucknow includes developing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and coordinating with internal teams to support marketing and recruitment initiatives. The specialist will handle community management by responding to comments and messages, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and identifying opportunities to increase reach and engagement. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices, and contributing ideas to broader digital marketing strategies. Strong in Excel usage.

Qualifications
