Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Sambalpur. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include managing daily posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns, collaborating with design and content teams, tracking analytics, and preparing performance reports. The Social Media Manager will stay updated on platform trends and best practices to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy and campaign planning.
• Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
