Job summary

Haris&Co. is hiring a Social Media Manager to oversee end-to-end social media activities for assigned client brands. The role covers strategy, content planning, campaigns, client coordination, team management, and performance tracking.

Location is Calicut, Kerala, onsite. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing and strong skills across platforms, content creation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and engagement.
• Experience with Meta Ads, influencer campaigns, and analytics.
• Good communication, content writing, and coordination skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media management and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–8 client brands and develop customized social media strategies.
• Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, promotions, and posting schedules.
• Create/finalize captions and coordinate content publishing across platforms.
• Manage daily engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
• Plan and coordinate paid campaigns, boosted posts, and influencer collaborations.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain content, campaign, and approval trackers.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, production teams, and junior members.
• Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage approvals and feedback.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, AI tools, and emerging formats.
• Participate in brainstorming, client meetings, shoots, pitches, and business development activities when required.
