Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and content strategies to clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Research social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Ideate engaging content concepts for reels, videos, and static creatives.
• Write scripts, captions, and compelling copy for social media platforms.
• Assist in developing campaign strategies and creative directions.

Content Production

• Coordinate and manage content shoots and production schedules.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other creative team members.
• Ensure smooth execution of content production from planning to delivery.
• Support the publishing and execution of content across social media platforms.
• Present content on camera when required (optional).

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
• Creative thinking with an eye for trends and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or client servicing (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
