Job summary

Santa Browser is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to own the company’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora. The role emphasizes community building, engaging conversations, and organic growth through compelling content.

You will craft and publish Reels and Shorts, plan calendars, and collaborate with design teams to ensure consistent brand voice and strong performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
• Mandatory experience with Reddit and Quora.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube.
• Experience creating Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Reddit & Quora management is mandatory — build communities, participate in relevant discussions, create meaningful engagement, and drive brand awareness.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy.
• Create and manage Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from concept to publishing.
• Identify trending topics, formats, hashtags, sounds, and content opportunities.
• Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and video content.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, titles, descriptions, and social copy.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, watch time, and conversions.
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy.
• Manage social media campaigns and ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and emerging platforms.

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Reddit and Quora, along with hands-on expertise in short-form video content, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.

• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Good to Have

• Experience in AdTech, Tech, SaaS, Browser, or Consumer Internet companies.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools.
• Experience with influencer/creator collaborations.
• Understanding of paid social media campaigns.
• Experience growing an organic community from scratch.
