Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Life Sciences, with a passion for skincare, English writing skills, and practical Canva/CapCut experience. Immediate start for a hands-on brand-building experience.

• Strong interest in skincare and Indian beauty market.
• Proficient in English; basic Hindi content is a plus.
• In-office in Gurugram for 6 months; full-time internship.
• Portfolio or page sharing encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendar across social media channels.
• Create captions, hooks, and scripts for content pieces.
• Produce Reels, carousels, and static posts using Canva/CapCut; coordinate shoots.
• Track trends and competitors; propose new content ideas weekly.
• Manage community interactions including comments, DMs, polls, and UGC campaigns.
• Support influencer and dermatologist collaborations including outreach and tracking.
• Report reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth with weekly insights.
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with claims and scientific data.

• Produce Reels, carousels, and static posts using Canva/CapCut; coordinate product shoots.
• Track trends and competitor brands; propose new content ideas weekly.
• Manage community interaction through comments, DMs, polls, Q&A, and UGC campaigns.
• Support influencer and dermatologist collaborations including outreach and tracking.
• Report on reach, engagement, saves, follower growth, and suggest improvements weekly.
• Ensure content compliance with claims and scientific accuracy.
