Conceps is looking for a Social Media Manager who combines content planning, platform knowledge, creativity, and execution to manage social media presence for multiple brands and campaigns.

This role is for someone who can understand a brand, plan its content direction, manage publishing, coordinate with creative and content teams, and ensure consistent and engaging communication across social platforms.

What Youll Own

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for multiple brands
• Plan content themes, topics, formats, and publishing schedules
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and digital marketers
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Buffer, Publer, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms
• Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule
• Manage captions, hashtags, creatives, reels, stories, carousels, and other social media formats
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual communication
• Understand platform-specific content requirements and best practices
• Track content performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement
• Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other relevant social media metrics
• Prepare and maintain social media performance reports
• Monitor trends, formats, trending topics, and platform updates
• Suggest new content ideas based on trends, audience behaviour, and brand objectives
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand content requirements
• Coordinate approvals and ensure timely execution of content calendars
