Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Create quarterly and monthly content calendars based on audience insights, trends, and campaign goals
• Build innovative content frameworks and trend-led campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X Segment audiences and personalize content strategies for different customer personas

Content Development & Publishing

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and strategists to create high-quality content
• Develop engaging content formats including:

• Reels
• Shorts
• Carousels
• Meme marketing
• Live sessions
• Educational and storytelling content

• Ensure brand consistency across multilingual content (English & Tamil)
• Manage content publishing schedules optimized for engagement and platform performance

Social Media Automation & AI Workflows

• Use AI and automation tools to improve content production, scheduling, engagement, and reporting efficiency
• Implement automated workflows for:

• Content scheduling
• Comment & inbox management
• Lead capture
• Audience segmentation

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics:

Client Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and content requirements

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management and content strategy
