Studio Dashline | Bangalore | Full-time, In-house
Preferred experience: 1–4 years
At Studio Dashline, we create architecture and interiors shaped by context, material, light, and the way people inhabit spaces. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate that thinking into a compelling digital presence.
This is a hands‑on, in‑house role for someone with a strong visual eye, a love for storytelling, and a genuine interest in architecture and design. You’ll work closely with our founders and design team to document our work, communicate our process, and grow an engaged audience.
What you’ll do
- Own the studio’s social media strategy, content calendar, and day‑to‑day publishing, with Instagram as the primary platform, supported by LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Turn projects, drawings, material explorations, site progress, and studio life into engaging posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
- Capture and edit photographs and short videos at the studio, project sites, and completed spaces.
- Write thoughtful captions, project narratives, and campaign copy that reflect the studio’s voice.
- Plan content around project launches, publications, awards, collaborations, and studio milestones.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the design team for shoots and content production.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity and an organised archive of project images, videos, and digital assets.
- Manage comments and messages, engage with the design community, and route relevant enquiries to the team.
- Track performance and share monthly insights on reach, engagement, audience growth, and enquiries.
- Bring fresh ideas and relevant platform trends into the studio’s content while maintaining its design sensibility.
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing social media for a brand, studio, or creative business. Experience in architecture, interiors, design, art, hospitality, or lifestyle is a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong content creation, visual storytelling, and social media management.
- An eye for composition, typography, layout, and detail.
- Excellent written English and the ability to make design ideas accessible and interesting.
- Confidence shooting content on a phone and editing short‑form videos.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent design and editing software.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and community management.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to take content from idea to publication independently.
- Availability to work from our Bangalore studio and visit project sites for content capture.
What you’ll be part of
A close‑knight architecture and interiors practice where you’ll work directly with the founders, gain access to the design process, and help shape how Studio Dashline’s work is seen and understood.
