Job summary

Dezy is building India's leading dental care brand and seeks a growth-minded social media lead. You will own YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook content strategy, calendar management, and posting.

You will script and coordinate shoots with doctors, patients, and creators to produce compelling content that builds brand trust. You will grow the online community, manage comments and DMs, and collaborate with influencers while tracking performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years managing brand social channels, ideally consumer-facing (healthcare/wellness/D2C a plus)
• Strong platform-native content sense — knows what works on Reels vs. YouTube vs. Feed
• Hands-on with editing tools (CapCut/Premiere/Canva) and basic shoot direction
• Sharp storytelling and copywriting; comfortable owning a calendar end-to-end in a fast, unstructured setup
• Bonus: influencer collaboration experience, analytics fluency
