Job summary

Dezy in Bengaluru is seeking a Social Media Manager to own growth across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, turning clinical stories and campaigns into content that resonates with India's dental brand.

You will script, edit, and schedule posts, manage comments and DMs, coordinate influencer collaborations, and work with performance marketing and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years managing brand social channels, ideally consumer-facing (healthcare/wellness/D2C a plus).
• Strong platform-native content sense — knows what works on Reels vs. YouTube vs. Feed.
• Hands-on with editing tools and basic shoot direction.
• Sharp storytelling and copywriting; calendar ownership in a fast, unstructured setup.
• Bonus: influencer collaboration experience, analytics fluency.

Own Dezy's growth on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Build an organic content engine that drives brand awareness and trust for India's leading dental brand - turning clinical stories, doctor expertise, and campaigns into content that performs.
