Job summary

Rocket Health in Bengaluru is seeking a creative content professional to drive our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. You’ll shape concepts, scripts and formats to engage audiences and explain our health-tech mission.

You’ll collaborate with editors, designers and creators, manage workflows, and stay ahead of trends. We value curiosity, taste and initiative, and expect you to be comfortable on camera and in fast-moving projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in content, social media, marketing or media roles.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, quality, and detail.
• Willing to be on camera and participate in shoots.
• Creativity, curiosity, initiative, and a bias toward improving content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.

Responsibilities

• Generate content ideas, formats and creative concepts across Reels, carousels, Stories and more.
• Manage social media calendars and content publishing flow.
• Help script and develop content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and paid channels.
• Contribute to YouTube content from ideation and research to scripting, shoots, thumbnails and titles.
• Collaborate with creators, editors, designers and agencies to turn ideas into great content quickly.
• Analyze what works and apply learnings to improve future pieces.

• 1+ year of experience in content, social media, marketing, media preferred.
• You think in content — hooks, formats, trends, pacing and what makes people stop scrolling.
• You’re genuinely creative, have great taste, and constantly have new ideas.
• You’re proactive, organised, and enjoy both coming up with ideas and getting them out the door.

About the role:

As we ramp up our content and creative output, you’ll be a big part of helping us grow our social presence across platforms. This will include:

• Coming up with content ideas, formats and creative concepts across Reels, carousels, Stories and more.
• Managing social media calendars and keeping content moving from idea to publish.
• Helping script and develop content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and paid channels.
• Being involved in YouTube content from ideation and research to scripting, shoots, thumbnails and titles.
• Working with creators, editors, designers and agencies to turn ideas into great content, quickly.
• Looking at what’s working, understanding why, and using those learnings to make the next piece better.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong eye for quality, aesthetics and detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and moving quickly.
• Willing to be on camera, on shoots and wherever the work needs you.
• Most importantly: creativity, curiosity, initiative, taste and a bias towards making things better.
