Job summary

Phoenix Branding in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to own client brands, craft growth-focused strategies, and manage content execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. This is an on-site role with a fast-paced agency environment.

You will create content calendars, brief creators, coordinate with designers and account managers, monitor trends, analyze performance, and deliver measurable results for diverse brands.

Responsibilities

• Create content calendars, campaign plans, and brand messaging frameworks.
• Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan content, write captions, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and account managers for content execution.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Attend client meetings, present strategies, and manage client communications.
• Contribute ideas for agency growth, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
