Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor social channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

Conduct audience research to refine targeting and messaging.

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing social media accounts for brands or projects.

Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

Proficiency in basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

No formal college degree required; relevant portfolio and results speak louder.
