Job summary

EAX Media in Thane is seeking a creative Social Media Growth Specialist to own our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The role requires developing strategies, writing engaging content, and guiding creatives with minimal supervision.

You will analyze performance, drive organic growth, and collaborate with designers and marketing teams to convert product features into simple, compelling content. This 100% onsite position runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Social Media, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Ability to independently write LinkedIn posts, captions, carousel copy, hooks, CTAs and short-form video scripts.
• Understanding of organic social media growth and performance metrics.
• Experience reviewing designs and collaborating with designers and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with content planning and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
• Create and manage content pillars, themes and monthly content calendars.
• Write social media content including posts, captions, hooks, carousel copy, scripts and campaign content.
• Convert complex SaaS/product features into simple, engaging content.
• Generate ideas for Reels, carousels, videos, stories, and thought-leadership content.
• Drive organic reach, engagement, follower growth and brand awareness.
• Review and provide feedback on designs, videos and other creatives.
• Work closely with designers, video editors and marketing teams.
• Research competitors, trends and emerging formats.
• Track and analyze social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
• Test different content formats, hooks, topics and strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Social Media Growth Specialist who can take ownership of our social media presence and help build and grow our brand across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop social media strategies, write engaging content, generate creative ideas, guide creatives, analyse performance and drive organic growth with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills
• Ability to independently write LinkedIn posts, captions, carousel copy, hooks, CTAs and short-form video scripts
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth
• Excellent content ideation and storytelling skills
• Ability to understand a product/business and turn it into engaging content
• Good creative judgement and ability to review designs/videos
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• SaaS/B2B/Technology experience is a plus, not mandatory
