Quantum IT Innovation is seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to grow our brand organically across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. You will craft engaging content, manage calendars, and partner with designers and copywriters to deliver platform-native experiences.

You will monitor trends, optimize posting cadences and KPIs, nurture communities, and report performance using analytics tools to drive measurable growth for clients and our in-house teams.

Qualificações

Plan, create and schedule organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook with brand voice and KPIs.
Proven ability to optimize posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs and format mix for reach and engagement.
Experience monitoring trends, platform algorithms and competitor tactics to adapt content strategy.

Responsabilidades

Plan, create, and schedule organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook aligned with brand voice and performance KPIs.
Optimize posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs, and format mix (Reels, carousels, stories) to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor platform algorithms, trends, and competitor tactics to adapt content strategy in real time.
Build and nurture active communities by engaging with followers, managing DMs, and moderating comments.
Track, report, and analyze organic performance (reach, impressions, saves, shares, follower growth, CTR) using native and 3rd-party tools.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to develop high-converting, platform-native content experiences.
