You will optimize cadence, hashtags, and CTAs, monitor trends, engage communities, and analyze performance using analytics tools. Collaboration with designers and copywriters is essential to deliver platform-native experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook aligned with brand voice and performance KPIs.
• Optimize posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs, and format mix to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor platform algorithms, trends, and competitor tactics to adapt content strategy in real time.
• Build and nurture active communities by engaging with followers, managing DMs, and moderating comments.
• Track, report, and analyze organic performance using native and 3rd‑party tools.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to develop high‑converting, platform-native content experiences.

• Build and nurture active communities by engaging with followers, managing DMs, and moderating comments.
• Track, report, and analyze organic performance (reach, impressions, saves, shares, follower growth, CTR) using native and 3rd-party tools.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to develop high-converting, platform-native content experiences.

• Must have experience of handling more than 20 project along with team management
