SuperKreatives is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms in India. You will drive organic strategy, develop content calendars, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging posts.

The role requires understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, plus the ability to analyze basic metrics and stay on top of trends. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and similar platforms.
• Strong grasp of organic social media and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute organic social media content and calendars.
• Create content ideas, captions, hooks, and post concepts.
• Coordinate with designers and editors for social media creatives and reels.
• Schedule and publish posts ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.
• Track performance and prepare basic reports.
• Research trends, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing to align with campaigns and goals.
• Take feedback and ensure timely delivery of content.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand organic social media, content planning, audience engagement, and coordination with creative and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute organic social media content and calendars.
• Create content ideas, captions, hooks, and post concepts.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives and reels.
• Schedule and publish posts while maintaining consistency and brand guidelines.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Research trends, competitors, hashtags, and relevant content opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media activities with campaigns and - business goals.
• Take feedback, manage revisions, and ensure timely delivery of content.

What We're Looking For

• 1 Year - 2 Year of relevant experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of organic social media and content strategy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with creative and marketing teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or other AI tools for content ideas, captions, research, and brainstorming.
• Understanding of reels/video content and short-form content trends.
• Experience handling social media for international clients or brands.
