Qualifications

Role Description

The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. This role involves managing and growing social media channels, planning and executing campaigns, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions. The Social Media Executive will create and schedule posts, write captions and short-form content, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights and trends. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, responding to comments and messages, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Experience or foundational knowledge in Media Planning to support campaign scheduling and audience targeting.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
