Role Description

The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for managing the company’s social media channels, including planning daily posts, creating engaging written and visual content, and optimizing profiles for better reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring platform performance, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, support promotional activities, and prepare regular reports on social media metrics and trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to schedule campaigns, allocate budgets, and align content with marketing goals.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills to create compelling posts and interact with audiences.
• Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting skills to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
• Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts, preferably 1–3 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, content creation tools, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
