Job summary

Fleqa Online Trading is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive to drive growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. You will plan, create and publish engaging content, monitor trends, and collaborate with designers and influencers to amplify campaigns.

The role requires a 1–2 year track record in managing e-commerce social channels, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. UP-based office preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven work experience in managing social media platforms (e-commerce/retail background preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase effectiveness.
• Analyze paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads in coordination with the marketing team).
• Engage with online community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to create impactful campaigns.
• Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotions for Fleqa's e-commerce projects.
