Job summary

Ideamint India is seeking a creative, analytical Social Media Executive to manage multiple brand accounts from Pune. You will develop content strategies, plan calendars, and drive audience growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

You will analyse performance metrics, stay on top of trends, and collaborate with strategy, design, and copy teams to deliver impactful campaigns. 3–4 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Experience managing multiple brands and growing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content trends, and audience behaviour.
• Excellent content ideation, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance metrics into content improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and platform analytics.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute engaging content across reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
• Contribute creative concepts, trending content ideas, and campaign-led social media initiatives.
• Analyse content performance, engagement, reach, and audience behaviour to optimise results.
• Experiment with new formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and platform trends.
• Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, design, and client servicing teams for seamless content execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and social media audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and platform hygiene.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Take complete ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
