Rise IT is seeking a Creative and data-driven Social Media Senior/Executive to develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms and clients. You will craft engaging content, manage online communities, and drive meaningful engagement for our digital marketing clients.

The role requires hands-on experience across major platforms, strong writing and analytics skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 2-7 years hands-on experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
• Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest.
• Experience in developing and executing social media strategies for brands/clients.
• Strong content writing, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and promotions.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented; able to work independently or with teams.
• Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audiences, and social media goals.
• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, platform research, and industry benchmarking.
• Plan, create, edit, publish, and manage engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
• Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
