Job description

About TESSOL

TESSOL (Thermal Energy Service Solutions) is a globally recognized pioneer in sustainable cold chain technology. We provide end-to-end temperature‑controlled logistics solutions for sectors such as Food, Pharma, E‑commerce, and Logistics.
Our proprietary Phase Change Material (PCM) technology ensures that products—from ice creams to vaccines—remain fresh and safe without relying on fuel‑intensive traditional refrigeration. We are a team of innovators driven by the mission to make cold chain logistics viable, reliable, and sustainable. Our culture is built on openness, collaboration, and a flat hierarchy where every idea counts.

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Social Media Executive to manage TESSOL’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, translating complex technical concepts (like cold chain logistics and thermal energy storage) into engaging content for our B2B audience.

You will play a key role in building brand authority on platforms like LinkedIn, increasing engagement, and showcasing our impact on reducing carbon footprints and food wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Content: Create high‑quality, engaging content tailored for a professional audience, including posts about our technology (PlugNChill, TAMsys), success stories, and industry trends.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the design team to produce infographics, short videos, and carousels that explain our “Farm to Fork” impact and cold chain innovations.
  • Thought Leadership: Assist in drafting content that positions TESSOL as an industry leader, such as summaries of whitepapers, case studies, and awards (e.g., WWF Climate Solver).
  • Community Management:
    • Manage TESSOL’s presence primarily on LinkedIn, as well as Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram.
    • Engage with our community by responding to comments, participating in industry discussions, and networking with partners/influencers in the logistics and sustainability space.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns around key themes: Sustainability, Food Safety, Pharma Logistics, and Innovation.
    • Coverage of company events, expos, and team culture initiatives to showcase life at TESSOL.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (Impressions, Engagement Rate, Click‑Throughs) to measure the success of campaigns.
    • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Experience in B2B marketing or a technical industry is a strong plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written English with a knack for professional yet engaging copywriting.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn algorithms and B2B best practices.
    • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Attributes:
    • A genuine interest in sustainability and technology.
    • Self‑driven with the ability to work in a flat, fast‑paced startup environment.
    • Creative thinker who can simplify technical jargon.

Our Growth Story

Cold Chain in India is a $10 billion market with 28% CAGR. Post‑harvest collection, small scale processing and urban distribution are the biggest challenges the cold chain industry currently faces. By addressing such an unmet need of the market, TESSOL has positioned itself as partner of choice in this space.

The TESSOL Advantage

The last mile logistics is the most challenging and underpenetrated segment of the cold supply chain in India primarily due to high cost and operational complexity of the conventional solutions. Our teams engage daily with customers across the food processing, agriculture and retail sectors on how to safely and cost effectively expand their reach to new geographies and channels.

Our Team & Culture

We are a 200 people strong team spread across all major functions and locations pan India.
