Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, driving engagement, organically increasing reach and revenue for e-commerce clients, and building meaningful online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute monthly social media calendars across multiple platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas, campaign hooks, and engaging post concepts.
• Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives, videos, and content.
• Encourage and manage UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community-driven content.
• Manage online reputation (ORM) by monitoring comments, reviews, and mentions.
• Strategize and implement organic growth tactics to boost revenue, reach, followers, and engagement.
• Set up and manage comments and DM response automation to improve community interaction.
• Track trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize brand presence.
• Report on performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

Requirements
