Job summary

Alchemist Marketing Solutions in Pune is seeking a lively, high-skilled advertising client servicing manager with a knack for developing good customer relations to support our client servicing team.

You will understand clients' products and marketing objectives, create campaigns, prepare briefs, and work with planning, design, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of work experience in a mainline agency (not media, event, or digital agency).
• Non-digital work experience is a must.
• Brand strategy, planning and management.
• Client management, servicing and account management (not accounting).
• Creative conceptualisation and orchestration with logical and analytical understanding.
• Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team playing and operations.
