The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing social media content, digital campaigns, healthcare awareness posts, online engagement, brand communication, and marketing coordination at Kailash Healthcare, Greater Noida. This requires any graduate or MBA Marketing qualification with 3–4 years of experience.

• Manage hospital social media pages, posts, reels, stories, and engagement activities.
• Plan healthcare awareness content, doctor promotion posts, service campaigns, and event updates.
• Coordinate with doctors, marketing team, designers, video editors, and management for content.
• Write captions, basic content, hashtags, and patient-friendly communication material.
• Track social media reach, engagement, enquiries, leads, and campaign performance.
• Support paid campaign coordination, online lead follow-up, and digital marketing activities.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and patient queries professionally.
• Maintain brand tone, ethical healthcare communication, and content accuracy.
• Prepare monthly social media reports and campaign updates.
