Responsabilidades

• Manage the hospital's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create and publish digital content, posters, videos, and promotional materials for hospital services and health awareness.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and online promotions.
• Monitor and update the hospital website to ensure accuracy and freshness of information.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments to pull information for campaigns and events.
• Monitor online enquiries and leads and coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Track engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance; prepare regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor reviews and messages to protect the hospital’s online reputation.
• Ensure all content complies with branding guidelines and healthcare advertising regulations.
