Halemons, Bengaluru-based wellness brand, is seeking a Social Media Executive to grow its digital presence. You will plan content, manage communities, and coordinate influencer campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

You will work with design and marketing to create reels, captions, and carousels, monitor engagement, and report on performance. A background in marketing or media and strong writing skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools is preferred.

• Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and platform updates.
• Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions across platforms.
• Respond to customer queries and engage with followers in a timely manner.
• Build and nurture an active online community around the brand.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant teams when required.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Support influencer campaigns, product seeding, and collaborations.
• Track campaign deliverables and performance metrics.
• Assist in executing social media contests, launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and engagement trends.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on content and campaign performance.
• Track follower growth, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media effectiveness.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow Halemons' digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, campaign execution, influencer coordination, and performance tracking to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management :

• Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
