Bverse Labs is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator (Fresher to 1 year) to produce engaging on-camera content from concept to publishing. You will research trends, write scripts, and work with the marketing team to craft compelling reels across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The role requires camera confidence, strong writing and storytelling abilities, and a passion for social media.

Qualificações

• 0–1 year of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator who enjoys being on camera and understands what makes content engaging on social media. The primary focus of this role will be on-camera content creation, including researching trends, developing creative ideas, writing scripts, recording videos, and publishing content across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging on-camera videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, viral content, formats, sounds, and audience preferences.
• Research and develop fresh content ideas relevant to the brand and target audience.
• Write short, engaging, and conversational scripts for reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
• Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera.
• Coordinate video shoots and ensure content is recorded according to the planned concept/script.
• Publish and schedule content across relevant social media platforms.
• Write captions, hooks, and basic CTAs for social media posts.
• Monitor content performance and identify what type of content is generating better engagement.
• Suggest new content formats and creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Work with the marketing/design team to maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing or a related field. Freshers are welcome.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Awareness of current social media trends and viral content formats.
• Good writing skills with the ability to create simple and engaging scripts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Willingness to learn, experiment and adapt to changing social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of video recording/editing tools is an advantage.
