Job summary

Arm in Bengaluru, India, seeks a senior safety and compliance engineer to drive automotive and robotics program readiness from development to certification. The role collaborates with engineering teams to align practices with industry standards and customer requirements.

The candidate will lead readiness for external assessments, support internal audits, and prepare safety documentation and assessment responses, while initiating process improvements across SoC programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor or SoC development within safety-critical industries.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, IEC 61508, or similar standards.
• Experience supporting engineering teams in compliance, audit, and process improvement activities.
• Experience with Functional Safety and/or cybersecurity assessments and work products.
• Ability to work across technical and organizational boundaries in complex engineering environments.
