Job summary

Growth For Impact in Bengaluru seeks an experienced professional to define and develop functional and technical safety concepts for semiconductor products. You will collaborate across global teams, capture requirements, and support safety verification strategies to ensure robust IP and SoC level safety.

Responsibilities include conducting safety analyses (FTA, DFA, FMEDA), audits, and customer support for NXP safety product integration with tailored solutions where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor product development with exposure to functional safety.
• Strong understanding of microcontroller and microprocessor architectures and their application in automotive or industrial safety domains.
• Strong understanding of IP and SoC level Safety mechanisms.
• Experience with safety analysis techniques such as FTA, DFA, and FMEDA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
