Qualifications

• SMT machine operation and maintenance experience.
• Mechanical modification or correction hands on experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic circuits and hands on experience.
• Should have SMT process knowledge.
• Mechanical knowledge on fixtures and jigs; basic knowledge.
• Spare parts management knowledge as per requirements.
• Hands on experience on reducing mounting defects and its precaution measures.
• ISOTS / EMS audit system knowledge.
• AOI and mounting machine programming knowledge.
• Break down analysis experience of special purpose machine.
• Ensuring on-time maintenance completion and ensuring relevant documents.
• Safety system awareness and ensuring a safe work environment.
