Job summary

A3T Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an SMT Technician to perform maintenance, cleaning, inspection and repair of PCBs to ensure high-quality electronics assembly. You will conduct pick-and-place operations using automated systems, troubleshoot reflow ovens and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SMT-related issues, ensuring production targets are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
