Job summary

CleanMax in Bengaluru, India is seeking a skilled PCB technician to inspect, diagnose and repair electronic boards. You will work on diagnostic tests, perform component-level repairs, and ensure devices function correctly after service.

You will read schematics, perform soldering (SMD and through-hole), flash firmware, and maintain repair records while coordinating with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues, keeping the work area tidy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose faulty PCBs using testing equipment.
• Repair PCBs at component level, replacing ICs, resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, and connectors.
• Carry out SMD and through-hole soldering and desoldering.
• Perform firmware flashing, programming, and software updates when required.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repair.
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain repair records and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
