Adani is seeking an experienced mechanical project leader to drive large-scale data centre and heavy infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end project planning, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, maintain budgets, track KPIs, and reinforce Adani’s brand with clients and contractors through effective collaboration.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, maintaining quality standards and meeting project specifications.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and other mechanical equipment
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring successful execution of mechanical tasks.
Work with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure mechanical work meets project standards.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company health and safety policies.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve project efficiency and quality.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
12-15 years of experience in the Data Centres industry/Heavy Infrastructure Projects - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mechanical projects.
