Job summary

Adani is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for data center initiatives. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires 15–17 years of experience in project management within data centers or similar industries, with strong risk, stakeholder, and team leadership capabilities. MBA/PM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP)
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred)
• 15–17 years of end-to-end project management experience in data centers or similar industries

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle and ensure schedule, quality, and requirements compliance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budget and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address issues proactively to ensure success.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.

Job description

Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements.

Budget Management:

Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Progress Monitoring:

Stakeholder Management:

Project Closure & Handover:

Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.
