You will conduct regular site visits, track timelines and budgets, and champion a digital mindset to drive innovation and AI-enabled improvements in data centre and heavy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in managing mechanical packages of Data Centres/Heavy Infrastructure industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and integration of mechanical systems.
• Provide support and guidance to project team members to resolve technical issues.
• Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring goals are met.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality of work.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and ensure mechanical work meets project standards.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company health and safety policies.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Champion a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness and keep up with digital and AI advancements.
