Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Chennai invites a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) specializing in Data Loss Prevention and Palo Alto Firewalls to join our security operations. You will lead incident analysis, mentor teammates, and ensure SLA adherence while driving operational excellence.

You will analyze Zscaler, DLP, CASB and Palo Alto data protection implementations, prepare SOPs, present reports to stakeholders, and help optimize resource allocation through capacity planning.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Zscaler, Palo Alto, Zscaler DLP, Casb, and Zscaler SSE.
• Strong analytical skills for incident resolution and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in mentoring and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents through efficient analysis using Zscaler and Palo Alto technologies, adhering to SLAs.
• Mentor team members and administrators on best practices for Zscaler DLP and CASB implementations, while preparing and maintaining SOPs and documentation.
• Validate change order implementation plans and human error compliance, participating in capacity planning discussions to optimize resource allocation.
• Facilitate positive customer feedback and satisfaction by participating in customer meetings, leveraging Zscaler SSE insights to address issues.
• Conduct root cause and trend analyses using data from Zscaler and Palo Alto systems, preparing reports for key stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalations and incidents, maintaining adherence to SLA standards and quality norms. This position is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and mentorship, while also driving operational excellence within the support team.

Key Responsibilities
