Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, and SD-WAN. You will ensure availability, security, and performance across global networks.

The role requires 5–8+ years IT experience, with hands-on skills in DNS/DHCP management (Infoblox), VoIP/SIP, GitHub, Python/Ansible, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are preferred.

• 5 years (Engineer II) or 8+ years (Senior/Infrastructure) of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of VoIP and SIP and Genesys CX.
• Experience with Github & Python/Ansible.
• Experience with InfoBlox DNS/DHCP management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, including Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba networking, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies, ensuring high availability and security.
• Administer and troubleshoot network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IPAM using Infoblox, and support telephony platforms including VoIP, SIP, and Genesys CX.
• Automate network operations and infrastructure management using Python, Ansible, GitHub, and other scripting/programming tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network incidents, service requests, and change activities through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow while adhering to SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and business requirements.
